About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Automotive Service Manager to lead our high-performing service department. If you’re a natural leader who understands both the technical and customer service sides of auto repair, this is your chance to make a real impact.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of automotive service leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of repair processes, warranty procedures, and DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of increasing service revenue and CSI scores
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily service department operations
  • Lead and support a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve escalated concerns
  • Manage repair order flow, shop productivity, and technician dispatch
  • Monitor department performance, budgets, and profit margins
  • Coordinate closely with Parts, Sales, and Finance departments
  • Maintain compliance with manufacturer, warranty, and safety requirements
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate service department team members
  • Other duties as assigned by management
