Requirements

  • Previous Service Manager experience required (CDJR experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of fixed ops KPIs and financial statements
  • Proven record of increasing gross profit and car count
  • Experience managing technician productivity and shop capacity
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • High level of integrity and ownership mentality

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Stellantis warranty and processes is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the service department
  • Drive customer pay growth and increase effective labor rate
  • Monitor and improve key metrics (GP, hours per RO, proficiency, CSI, absorption)
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top-performing technicians and advisors
  • Oversee dispatch, workflow, and shop productivity
  • Control warranty processes and minimize chargebacks
  • Improve service retention and declined service recovery
  • Build a culture of accountability, urgency, and professionalism
  • Work closely with Parts and Sales to maximize fixed operations performance
