This means opening and closing orders, keeping track of progress and making sure everything runs smoothly with internal systems. Scheduling and Workflow Management: It's all about assigning the right techs to the right jobs at the right time. You'll be juggling schedules, managing workflows, and making sure everyone knows where they need to be. Deliver top-notch service to customers: Communicate clearly, respectfully and in a timely manner with customers during the repair process.
