We are seeking a motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our leadership team. Requirements

  • Proven experience in Automotive Service Department Management (at least 3–5 years preferred)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of dealership CRM and DMS systems
  • Must be self-motivated, goal-driven, and customer-focused

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the service department ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs
  • Lead, coach, and develop advisors and technicians to maximize performance and productivity
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns professionally
  • Drive department profitability by managing labor sales, parts sales, and key performance metrics
  • Monitor shop performance, including technician efficiency, turnaround times, and quality control
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with the parts department and vendors to maintain proper inventory and minimize delays
