About The Position
The Service Manager at Flagler Club is an entry level hourly management position responsible for overseeing the retrieval setup service and maintenance of all Food & Beverage operations at the club This role also involves maintaining the cleanliness and stocking of the lounge kitchen and bussing pantry Administrative duties include assisting with ordering managing inventory and ensuring adequate supply levels The Service Manager plays a key role in preparing guest rooms personalized services and fulfilling guest requests under the direction of the Assistant Hotel Manager
Requirements
- Proven experience in Food & Beverage service management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes

- Oversee and manage the Food & Beverage service at Flagler Club
- Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in designated areas
- Assist with ordering and maintaining inventory
- Prepare guest rooms according to standards
- Provide personalized services and attend to guest requests
- Collaborate with the AHM and team members to ensure smooth operations
