About The Position
We are looking for a talented Service Manager to join our team in Service in Downey, CA. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Coaches and develops technicians through the advancement process Coaches and develops technicians with complex service interventions and diagnostic issues Coaches and develops Service Supervisors/Advisors to successfully navigate the repair process Manages shop tools/equipment for proper operation Safety Committee Member Responsible for LOTO adherence and recertification
