Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive service management or similar leadership roles.
- Strong leadership and communication skills—you motivate, inspire, and lead by example.
- Passion for exceptional customer service .
- Analytical skills to track metrics, manage budgets, and drive performance.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all service department operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and profit.

- Collaborate with sales, parts, and other departments to create a seamless dealership experience.
- Track and improve departmental performance with reports, forecasts, and smart strategies.
