Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in pest control, lawn care, and/or termites
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead by example and develop your team
• Valid driver’s license and availability for a full-time (40-hour) workweek
• Willingness to work weekends when needed

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of technicians to deliver exceptional service
• Use your expertise in pest control, lawn care, and/or termites to guide daily operations and resolve challenges
