About The Position

Airstream Las Vegas is actively seeking an experienced RV Service Manager to lead our Service Department operations , manage daily shop workflow, and drive customer satisfaction, technician productivity, and service profitability . This role is ideal for a proven Service Manager, Fixed Operations Manager, or RV Service Leader who excels in team leadership, operational efficiency, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Service Manager will oversee technicians, service advisors, scheduling, repair order management, warranty processes, and department performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a RV Service Manager, Assistant RV Service Manager, or Fixed Operations Leader
  • RV dealership, or RV service operations experience REQUIRED
  • Strong knowledge of: Service department workflow Technician dispatching Warranty administration Customer experience management
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities
  • Experience managing performance metrics and department profitability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage all Service Department operations and daily shop performance
  • Lead, coach, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff
  • Monitor and improve service KPIs , including: Labor sales Technician productivity & efficiency CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index)
  • Comebacks and quality control
  • Oversee repair order (RO) flow , scheduling, and shop capacity planning
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer and warranty standards
  • Partner with the Parts Department to improve workflow and inventory availability
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalations professionally
  • Maintain strong communication between Service, Sales, and Parts departments
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes and team accountability
