The Fixed Operations/Service Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the dealership’s service operations. This includes ensuring that department meets its short and long-range objectives, creating and implementing action plans, and contributing to the dealership’s goals. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. This job requires Chrysler or GM Certification or the ability to obtain Certification. The job also requires a genuine desire to service the customer. A positive attitude and willingness to be a team member are essential. Typical Hours and Days The Service Department is open Monday – Friday 7:30am to 7pm and Saturday 8am-5pm. Management team members typically work 50 or more hours per week and are expected to work as needed
