Check it out here: Willard Towers - Apartments in Chevy Chase, MD - Home A bit more about what you’ll do… Lead and develop a team of at least 3 direct reports [insert specific team size and job titles] Provide exemplary service to residents and team members Manage all aspects of property maintenance which includes vendor relationships, service staff, preventative maintenance, apartment turns, and resident service requests Communicate property maintenance and capital needs to management and ensure maintenance and capital needs are addressed Ensure property is in compliance with AIR operating procedures/guidelines, regulations, and other compliance matters including those related to Environmental Health & Safety Manage budget efficiently to maximize return on investment while maintaining highest level of quality and customer service

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience with technical maintenance and facilities management ideally in property management or similar industry (hospitality, retail, restaurants etc.)
  • 3-5 years of experience leading a team of people in customer service, and asset maintenance
  • A reliable mode of transportation
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks (depending on community needs and seasonality), and on-call shifts (at least one week a month)
  • Comfort with physical activity as you must be able and willing to move heavy equipment and machinery
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English

Responsibilities

Benefits

  • Expected pay rate of $85,000 to $105,000 annually. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
