Wilson Equipment Company is hiring a Service Manager to lead the Service Department at our Louisville, KY location. This role is accountable for service execution, communication, and results. The Service Manager owns department communication, ensures machines are repaired correctly the first time and on budget, maximizes technician productivity, coordinates technician training, and promotes the capabilities and services of the Service Department. This position directly oversees the Service Writer and Technicians and sets clear expectations for quality, safety, and accountability. Clear communication is essential. The Service Manager ensures service progress is communicated through phone calls and the company’s internal texting system to customers, manufacturers, and internal teams.
