RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure that guests receive prompt, courteous, and effective service Serve as a liaison between technicians, advisors, parts team members and guests Take ownership of the guest's experience by carrying out additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the guest Manage and hire technicians and service advisors Interview and make new hires Distribute work between technicians Prioritize required services Ensure the guest has a positive dealership experience Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the guest is properly handled Spend quality time building relationships with guests and employees. Ensure proper accounting and financial health of the service department. REQUIREMENTS: Five + years of fixed operations management experience is strongly preferred. Technical automotive knowledge is helpful but not required Demonstrated ability to manage others Organized and friendly personality Dealership experience required General knowledge of business operations and accounting We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
