About The Position

We are hiring a Service Manager to support and scale our Commercial HVAC operations . This is a senior, hands-on leadership role designed for an experienced commercial HVAC professional who can step in when situations get complex - supporting technicians in the field, visiting job sites, resolving issues in real time, and maintaining strong client relationships. This is not a desk-only role . The ideal candidate is a seasoned commercial technician with leadership presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead calmly under pressure. Requirements

  • 10+ years of commercial HVAC experience
  • Strong background with chillers, boilers, and commercial RTUs
  • Prior leadership, senior technician, or supervisory experience
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Comfortable using technology (mobile apps, photos/videos, documentation tools)
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Act as the escalation point for complex service and installation challenges
  • Visit job sites to support technicians and drive solutions
  • Coordinate daily field operations, including scheduling, priorities, and job flow
  • Bridge communication between technicians, clients, vendors, and office staff
  • Oversee onboarding and documentation of HVAC systems for new accounts
  • Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are consistently met
  • Support job costing, documentation, and operational tracking
