This role is open due to internal promotion —our current manager is moving up to oversee one of the largest shops in our group. What You’ll Oversee: A team of 10–15 skilled technicians and service staff A 12-bay, drive-in shop , fully climate-controlled and recently renovated A Mobile Service Truck and Mobile Escape for convenient remote service Quick Lane Express Service operation Supported by the largest parts department in Central Virginia , with over $4 million in inventory Open only the last two Saturdays of each month (7:30 AM – 12:30 PM) — closed Sundays Tools & Technology: Xtime used for digital inspections, customer communication, and sales optimization PBS Systems DMS for streamlined dealership management A centralized BDC handles all service scheduling , freeing up your team to focus on shop productivity and guest experience We’re a tech-forward team that continuously embraces tools to improve workflow and service delivery Collaboration & Support: You’ll join a team of Service Managers from across our dealer group for weekly collaboration meetings —sharing ideas, discussing challenges, and building solutions together Report directly to Jeff Meyer , an experienced, supportive leader committed to your success What We Offer: Salary + commission , with performance-based bonuses 401k match, competitive benefits , and more At least 3 Saturdays off per month First-year earnings estimated at $100,000–$150,000 Growth-focused environment with clear pathways for advancement Preferred Background: Ford experience preferred Previous leadership as a lane manager, shop foreman, or tech team lead Join a dealership that puts people, progress, and performance first.
