About The Position

A Manager in Training is responsible for the effective overall operation of the store and service center through motivational leadership. This role is accountable for delivering expected sales and customer service throughout the unit, ensuring the store and service center operate under safe conditions according to established policies and procedures, and in compliance with federal and state regulations. The position provides technical, administrative, operational, and motivational direction to develop a dynamic high-performance team.
