About The Position

We’re hiring a Service Manager to run the board, coach techs, and drive results. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows service, not sales, not parts running, not putting out fires all day. You lead through structure, numbers, and coaching.

Requirements

  • Experience leading 8–12 service technicians
  • Proven history running $5M+ in service revenue
  • Strong service knowledge (commercial, multifamily, residential)
  • Comfortable coaching pricing, options, and objections
  • Knows their way around ServiceTitan (or similar)
  • Numbers-driven, organized, and decisive

Responsibilities

  • Running the dispatch board daily
  • Coaching techs call-by-call to sell more work
  • Driving higher conversion, bigger tickets, and cleaner invoices
  • Leading a team of ~10 service techs + Field Supervisor
  • Working closely with Dispatch, CSR, and Inventory
  • Holding the team accountable to clear performance numbers
