About The Position

The Service Manager at OPC Pest Services is responsible for coordinating the daily activities of Pest Control Professionals while ensuring high-quality customer service and technical support. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have at least 2 years' supervisory and leadership experience.
  • Must have at least 5 years' progressive pest control experience.
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Experience in home services industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor service technicians and provide highly skilled 'hands-on' management.
  • Train and develop technicians to motivate the team in providing high-quality customer and technical services.
  • Perform quality pest control services and fill in on open routes as necessary.
  • Conduct in-house and in-field technician training and meetings.
  • Monitor scheduling and routing to drive efficiencies and productivity.
  • Guide service technicians in resolving client issues and concerns and ensure that customer expectations are met.
  • Interact with both commercial and residential clients and perform quality site inspections.
  • Review and submit service-related documents and reporting.
  • Assist with interviewing and selecting service technicians.
  • Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies, perform vehicle and uniform inspections.
