The Service Manager I position at Compass Group involves overseeing day-to-day operations for a corporate dining account, ensuring high-quality food service and managing client relations.   • Oversee the operation of the corporate cafeteria in accordance with the approved budget.
  • Ensure that the food offered to clients, customers, and employees is of superior quality.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with employees, guests, and clients, as well as other departments within the operation.
  • Minimum of Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Two to four years of fine dining restaurant management experience required.
  • Comprehensive food and wine knowledge, including food and wine pairings.
  • Operations management experience with purchasing knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office products.
  • ServSafe Certified preferred.
  • Experience in catering event coordination.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
