We are looking for a Service Manager for our Commercial Roofing Division to fill an opening immediately in Indianapolis, IN. The qualified Service Manager will have experience in low-slope commercial roofing, managing staff, meeting with business-owners and homeowners regularly to conduct sales and business transactions, a customer service focus in their work, and ability to interact professionally with customers. The qualified candidate will be able to start all jobs with meeting with customer/business-owner, pick up or order all materials for job, perform quality control on all jobs. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Pass a background check
  • 2+ years of hands-on commercial roofing experience
  • Prior experience conducting sales meetings
  • Prior experience with meeting clients and prospects face to face
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and computer data entry
  • Former experience managing staff/personnel
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
  • Must be able to climb ladder safely and work at elevated heights on roof tops
  • Ability to work 2 Saturdays a month March-November and 1 Saturday a month November-March
  • Ability to pull a trailer behind a work truck
  • Willingness to work long hours during busy season
