About The Position

Service/Maintenance Managers make our apartment communities a great place to live. You will oversee maintenance at our Bank & Boston Apartments, a 263 unit Community in Denver, CO!

Requirements

• Experience in property maintenance management
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships
• Knowledge of Environmental Health & Safety regulations

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the apartment or property management industry
• Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs
• Previous experience in a supervisory role

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 1-2 direct reports
• Provide exemplary service to residents and team members
• Manage all aspects of property maintenance which includes vendor relationships, service staff, preventative maintenance, apartment turns, and resident service requests
• Communicate property maintenance and capital needs to management and ensure maintenance and capital needs are addressed
• Ensure property is in compliance with AIR operating procedures/guidelines, regulations, and other compliance matters including those related to Environmental Health & Safety
• Manage budget efficiently to maximize return on investment while maintaining highest level of quality and customer service

Benefits

• Expected base salary of $78,000- $88,000 plus target 15% bonus opportunity
