About The Position

KBR is seeking a Service Management Lead to provide IT infrastructure O&M sustainment for the US Coast Guard (USCG). This position is contingent upon contract award and is onsite, requiring candidates to be within commuting distance to the USCG facility in Alexandria, Virginia. The role involves stabilizing, securing, and modernizing the USCG's IT infrastructure, improving integration of all USCG C5I systems, and creating a collaborative team to enable shared risk. The candidate will oversee program reporting and deliverables to ensure they meet requirements and are delivered on time with high quality, while also developing and leading the execution of the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP).

Requirements

• BS Degree in a related field.
• 7 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT infrastructure O&M sustainment.
• Stabilize, secure and modernize the USCG's IT infrastructure.
• Improve integration of all USCG C5I systems.
• Create a collaborative team to enable shared risk.
• Ensure the existing IT infrastructure is maintained and operates effectively.
• Improve governance of IT assets, configuration, and change management.
• Support the USCG transition to a mature IT Managed Services environment.
• Create a collaborative public/private partnership for risk sharing.
