Requirements

  • Adhere to the company’s uniform policy
  • While auto repair experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Strong work ethic,team player, reliability, and commitment to excellent customer service
  • Working knowledge of shop equipment is a must.
  • Technicians are required to provide their tools.
  • Must provide own tools
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is a requirement.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous dealership or service shop experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic maintenance services such as oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and filter replacements
  • Assist with vehicle inspections and identify potential maintenance or safety concerns
  • Complete routine services efficiently and accurately to manufacturer and dealership standards
  • Communicate findings clearly with service advisors to ensure a smooth repair process
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest service techniques and technologies
  • Support fellow technicians and team members as needed to meet customer and service department goals
