About The Position

Ford Spring Hill is looking to add full time express lube technician to our staff. Top pay and great benefits. Multiple positions available. Qualifications ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (RESPONSIBILITIES): This position is responsible for identifying mechanical problems, testing parts and systems and performing both basic and advanced maintenance of vehicles • Must be able to work all scheduled hours, including Saturdays and overtime when required. • Ability to access all areas of vehicles to correctly diagnose problems and perform all repairs. • Correctly disassemble and reassemble parts. • Capable of utilizing power tools including, but not limited to, pneumatic wrenches, lathes, and jacks and hoists. • Also able to use common hand tools such as sockets and ratchets, wrenches and pliers. • Additional duties as required. . Requirements: • Must be 18 years-old or older • Have a valid Driver's License • High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) • Open to technicians with basic entry level experience. • Team-oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service. • Able to explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors. • Acceptable verbal and written communication skills. • Able to carefully follow directions, checklists and established procedures. • Willing to adhere to all Warranty, federal and state agency and company compliance processes with regards to repair, hazardous materials, disposal and safety. • Able to Stand and walk for extended periods of time. Requirements

  • Must be 18 years-old or older
  • Have a valid Driver's License
  • High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent)
  • Open to technicians with basic entry level experience.
  • Team-oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Able to explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors.
