Serra Ford Farmington Hills is seeking a dedicated and proactive Service Lot Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility while providing exceptional guest service. Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms
- Experience in a dealership environment preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work with a team, as well as different departments within the facility

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and assisting them with their needs
- Maintain the cleanliness of the parking area, showroom, service lane, and other public spaces
- Drive vehicles safely, including manual transmission cars, when necessary
- Assist with valet parking services as needed
- Support dealership operations by performing various tasks as assigned
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations
