About The Position

This job is responsible for manually locating service providers when our automated process fails to locate a customer. The agent will use multiple tools to search our network of service providers to complete the job. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST or 11:30 AM - 8:30 PM EST

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Basic problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Microsoft based programs and computer products

Nice To Haves

  • College Degree or Technical Training Certification
  • Experience in customer service function or call center experience.
  • Experience with conflict resolution
  • Prior retail or extended warranty experience
  • Experience in one or more of the Service Industries, to include: major appliances, consumer electronics, HVAC, lawn & garden, plumbing, electrical, fitness or large tools
  • Strong problem solving skills, with an attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Read and comprehend notes.
  • Document clear notes of actions
  • Identify specific patterns of behavior and report to management
  • Ownership and responsibility for incidents in the locating panel
  • Actively participates in team meetings and best practice sharing.
  • Trains new team members with systems as required
  • Navigates a computer based system with multiple screens and programs
