Why M Physicians? At the Katie Hageboeck Children’s Cancer Research Fund Clinic, we offer world-class childhood cancer and blood and marrow transplant care for children and adolescents of all ages. Our caring team of pediatric hematologist-oncologists and other specialists focus on the treatment of cancers, blood diseases, anemia, disorders of blood clotting, immune deficiency and more! In addition, we are home to the Team One Four Infusion Center where we provide a wide range of outpatient infusions to pediatric patients. What you will do as a Service Line Supervisor: Actively supports the recruitment, orientation, and promotes the engagement of all clinical staff Provides guidance to ensure performance management aspects such as mentoring, coaching, individual development etc. are in place and holds staff accountable to expectations Works collaboratively with leadership and other organizational partners to ensure efficient and safe day to day operations of the site(s) Anticipates and responds to physician/provider staffing needs and assures that support staff are appropriately scheduled to maximize efficiency, access and patient demand Collaborates with leadership to help collect data through use of reporting in order to analyze, forecast, plan and direct clinic operations Promotes, supports and participates in process improvement, quality initiatives, and innovation What you will need: Associate's (ADN) or Bachelor's (BSN) Degree in Nursing Current Minnesota RN License 1-2 years of demonstrated leadership (Lead) experience along with clinical rooming experience BLS Certification Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Pediatric infusion, BMT and/or Hem/Oncology Location: Katie Hageboeck Children's Cancer Fund Research Clinic - Minneapolis, MN Hours: 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week) Benefits: This is a fully benefit eligible position: Competitive wages, Healthcare (including vision & dental), 401K, parking & tuition assistance and more! #RN Compensation: 77,735.00 - 124,369.00 USD Annual At M Physicians we believe in pay transparency and equity.
