Under the direction of the Vice President of Service Line Administration, collaborates with service line medical directors to identify and support opportunities to standardize and optimize clinical and non-clinical practices across the Medical Group sites and hospitals of Advocate Health’s Midwest Region, ensuring high-quality, coordinated, delivery of services to patients. Serves as project manager on high priority projects. Identifies opportunities and supports initiatives to reduce total cost of care. Supports quality and safety initiatives and monitors performance within the service line Supports program development within the service line to increase consumer and patient preference for Advocate Health’s Midwest Region offerings. Provides service line specific expertise to ensure consistency in execution and/or coordinated delivery of patient care services. Supports clinician engagement initiatives.
