About The Position

The Service Line Manager for Unified Communications focuses on Video Teleconference (VTC) and Audio Visual (AV) services. This role involves collaborating with customers and co-workers to develop a comprehensive service strategy for VTC and AV. The manager will create an annual service plan with quarterly updates and provide insights on service improvements to support MDA's financial and program management needs. The position requires guiding the Service Review process to enhance service quality and working closely with Crew Chiefs/Leads and the Deputy Program Manager to identify areas for improvement and establish service standards. The Service Line Manager will also be responsible for strategic planning, managing service enhancements, performing requirements analysis, and defining service levels and metrics. Additionally, the role involves exploring new technology trends, managing innovation projects, and developing business cases for each project.
