Service Line Director - Surgical Services - Full Time - Days

The Surgical Services Department at Montrose Regional Health is committed to provide quality surgical services and improve the quality of life for our patients. We provide surgical services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Functions as a member of Hospital Management team. Responsible for: Surgical Services including the Operating Room, Same Day Surgery, PACU and Central Sterilization departments. Accountable for preparation, administration and management of unit budgets. Develops, leads, coordinates and participates in CQI/QA activities. Assures appropriate utilization of human resources. Assists in development of surgical services, nursing department and hospital strategic and long range plans. Participates on hospital committees.
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
- Progressive management experience required.
- Must be BCLS certified.
- Minimum of three years clinical experience required.
Responsibilities
