About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or BSN in nursing with management experience.
• BLS certification or certification within the orientation period.
• 5+ years of clinical healthcare management experience in complex settings.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams of professionals.
• Proven track record in program implementation and quality improvement execution.
• Exceptional strategic operational leadership and budgeting skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of corporate compliance laws and regulations.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing, or related field.
• Experience managing multispecialty outpatient clinics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic operations of multi-specialty clinics caring for patients with complex conditions.
• Implement critical initiatives in a timely manner, aligning with the organization's mission.
• Hire, coach, and develop clinic staff while holding them accountable for performance.
• Ensure effective resource utilization to improve patient care and employee engagement.
• Resolve escalated patient grievances promptly and satisfactorily.
• Develop and manage clinic budgets in collaboration with Medical Directors and Senior Directors.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Share best practices across the organization and act as a change agent.
