The Service Lead's daily primary objective is to assist the Branch Manager and/or Service Manager with shop flow and service quality to ensure timely, accurate service and repair to the rental and delivery fleet. This role involves prioritizing and assigning repairs of all "downed" equipment to quickly return it to service within company guidelines. Approximately 75% of the time, the position performs regular preventative maintenance and major repairs. The Service Lead is also responsible for ensuring mechanics complete documentation properly and on time, monitoring part orders and expenses, and providing safety, process, and technical performance and training. Frequent feedback on shop activities and individual performance is to be provided to service leadership.
