About The Position

The Service Lane Greeter at Lexus of Milwaukee is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, performing vehicle walk-arounds, checking guests into loaner vehicles, and supporting service advisors. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive experience for customers visiting the service department of one of the largest automotive dealership groups in the country.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service experience required.
• Computer and administrative experience preferred.
• Attention to detail, patience, and a positive attitude are a must.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Professional demeanor and work ethic.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet incoming guests and provide best-in-class customer service.
• Communicate with customers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Coordinate appointments for customers.
• Perform vehicle walk-arounds in the service drive.
• Assign customers to Service Advisors as needed using computer software.
• Provide various administrative support as it pertains to the store.
• Check in guests to loaners.
