About The Position

Audi Charleston is seeking a professional and energetic Service Lane Assistant to join our premier service department. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a critical part in maintaining the flow and efficiency of our service operations. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and represent the Audi brand with excellence.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Automotive experience preferred but not required).
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • A high standard of personal presentation and a commitment to providing a luxury-level guest experience.
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and a willingness to learn specialized dealership software.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule, including rotating weekends.
  • Valid South Carolina Drivers License required

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Greet arriving customers in the service lane with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Conduct initial vehicle inspections and check-ins with high attention to detail.
  • Coordinate vehicle movement within the service lane to ensure a seamless experience for both clients and technicians.
  • Assist service advisors with documentation, scheduling, and client communications as needed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive to reflect Audi’s luxury standards.
