In this role, you'll work closely with our receivables department and U.S. branch offices to ensure accurate invoicing and minimize customer concerns. Responsibilities include updating customer records, analyzing reports related to service calls, and providing administrative support to the reporting manager. Flexibility during peak periods and a commitment to continuous improvement are key to success in this position. This position will report directly to the Service Billing Manager within the Finance department.
