As a Service Intake Liaison, you will act as the critical link between customers and our service technicians, ensuring smooth communication and efficient resolution of service needs. You will serve as the subject matter expert and real-time troubleshooter for customers experiencing issues, while coordinating with technical teams to deliver timely solutions. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage high-volume inbound inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment and Office 365
  • An effective communicator who understands the importance of listening and being empathetic
  • Problems solving skills and a passion to create customer satisfaction.
  • Coming from a technical support background is preferred - training tends to be more seamless
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus but not required.
