About The Position

Kolosso Toyota is looking for a part-time Service Lane Greeter/Shuttle Driver to enhance customer experience at their dealership. This role involves welcoming customers, managing vehicle flow in the service lanes, and assisting service department personnel. The position is crucial for maintaining a smooth operation in the service area and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable record
• Ability to drive a manual transmission

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers to our facility
• Move vehicles in the service drive
• Communicate with Service Advisors about customers' arrival
• Help maintain a good traffic flow in the service lanes
• Drive vehicles through the service lanes to the back shop as needed
• Bring vehicles back out to customers when work has been completed
• Assist Service Department personnel as needed
