Requirements

Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

Greet all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude.
Answer questions and direct customers to the appropriate person or location.
Manage service drive traffic flow and parking.
Verify customer appointments and record essential vehicle information (name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing damage).
Assist the lot attendant and service staff as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service drive area.
Maintain a professional appearance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
