Greets Service customers and provides excellent customer service daily. Gathers and records customer and vehicle information for Service Advisors. Places service identification tags on each vehicle. Informs Service Advisor when customer is ready for them. Ensures traffic in the service drive moves smoothly. Maintains appearance and cleanliness of the service drive by sweeping and removing trash regularly. Continuously retrieves and delivers customer vehicles. Places protective floor mats inside vehicle and covers upholstery in plastic to protect the interiors of customer’s vehicles. Adheres to all motor vehicle/traffic laws and safe driving practices. Other tasks or duties as needed
Requirements
- Must have Driver's License
- Ability to drive both standard and automatic transmission vehicles
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- A can-do attitude!
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working as a Lot Porter, Facility Attendant, Detailer a plus!
- Candidates with an interest in cars are encouraged to apply.
- Additionally, candidates with experience at car washes doing detail work or working as lot or facility porters a plus!
