About The Position

Dolan Auto Group, named Best Place to Work in Northern Nevada, is looking for a Service Greeter to welcome our customers with a warm and welcoming greeting, obtain personal information relative to their vehicle and scan the VIN bar code with an iPad to upload the vehicle into our system. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and detailed oriented.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information.
  • Refers to service history, inspects the vehicle, and recommends additional needed service.
  • Notifies dispatcher of incoming work.
  • Contacts extended warranties.
  • Maintains high customer satisfaction standards.
  • Maintains a professional appearance.
  • Keeps work area clean.
