Chamberlin Roofing and Waterproofing is seeking a qualified candidate to manage construction sites for divisional responsibility. The role involves overseeing field staff, safety protocols, equipment, materials, scheduling, cost efficiency, quality, productivity, and organization of company vehicles for assigned projects. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the scheduling, training, and reviewing of field personnel, as well as communicating with the Superintendent, clients, and subcontractors. Additionally, the candidate will ensure that warranty inspections and punch list items are completed and will handle delegated customer issues on assigned projects. Performance management of the team is also a key responsibility, along with ensuring that all safety requirements are adhered to on a daily basis, including Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), water, equipment, stretch and flex, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

  • Manage construction site for divisional responsibility
  • Oversee field staff, safety, equipment, materials, scheduling, cost efficiency, quality, productivity, and company vehicle organization for assigned project
  • Assist in the scheduling, training, and reviewing of field personnel
  • Communicate with Superintendent, client, and subcontractors
  • Ensure warranty inspections and punch list items are completed and handle delegated customer issues on assigned projects
  • Assist in performance management of the team
  • Ensure all safety requirements are adhered to every day/always (JHA, water, equipment, stretch and flex, PPE, etc.)
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience at a Sr. Technician level or higher within the construction industry
  • OSHA 30 certification
  • English speaking, bilingual preferred
  • Safety focused
  • Ability to read and follow blueprints and construction documents
  • Able to communicate expectations and lead others
  • Able to work independently without significant supervision
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
  • Must be able to work outside in changing weather conditions
  • Must be able to work in elevated locations
  • Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week and overtime when necessary
  • Must have reliable transportation to get to differing job locations
  • Must be looking for full time employment with a desire to advance within the company
