This team is a strategic partner within the bustling Service Team at Serra Traverse City, collaborating and inspecting vehicles to ensure the safety of our customer's vehicles. Service Department team members provide these services thanks to an established process for proven success. As an Express Technician, you will work closely with the Service Team to change oil and filters, rotate tires, flushing of coolant systems and much more in a fast-paced environment. This is an entry level position with growth potential to earn automotive certifications. Requirements

No experience necessary.
Ability to maintain strong trusting relationships with technicians and customers.
You will receive additional training and coaching by Serra employees.
Effective communication skills
Computer skills are a plus.
Attention to detail is a plus.
Must possess a Valid Driver's License which meets our company insurance standards.
Must be willing to complete a background check as this position will give you access to personal and protected employee and customer information.
Prolonged periods of standing and bending to repair and inspect vehicles.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
