About The Position

Kia Delray is looking for an Express Technician! If you have a basic understanding of vehicle maintenance, own your own tools, and a desire to learn more, then this position is right for you. $18 an hour!

Requirements

Proficient in the role of a Lube Technician and all things vehicle repair.
Able to successfully work with teams of mechanics and automotive repair technicians to successfully collaborate on vehicle repair and maintenance tasks.
Capable of interacting with customers to provide them with information on tire repair and replacement options.

Nice To Haves

May be required to complete certifications and courses focused on tire repair and maintenance.
Assist in receiving and stocking inventory.

Responsibilities

Replace air filters, wipers, bulbs, etc.
High level of attention to detail with a customer service focus required.
Rotate tires to ensure that they are wearing evenly and are properly balanced.
Perform further diagnostic tests for reliability.
Perform all functions in compliance with company policies, procedures and quality standards.
Must be able to work all scheduled hours including weekends, evenings and (if necessary) special events.
Possess and maintain a valid U.S. driver’s license.
Favorable results of both Background Check and Pre-employment Drug Screen.
At least 18 years of age.
Must be able to perform all essential functions and meet physical demands within the work environment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
