About The Position

Hall Imports in Brookfield, has a great opportunity and immediate opening for a Service Express Lube Advisor to come join our established service team. The Service Express Lube Advisor is responsible for providing excellent customer service....keeping in mind that our customers' perspective comes first. This individual presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolutions to customer concerns. You are the communicator between customer and technician. Insuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed/recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer. Hours are 9am to 6pm Tuesday thru Friday and Saturdays 8am to 2pm.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills - Communicates effectively with others, customers and co-workers
  • NO previous automotive experience is required. We are willing to train the right person
  • Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus. The ability to provide our customers with a truly exceptional experience is the only prerequisite.
  • Organized and friendly with time management skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
