About The Position

The Service Experience Associate (SEA) at Avondale Group plays a crucial role in enhancing the service department processes to ensure an elevated client experience. This position involves training to complete necessary tasks throughout the service experience, ultimately improving communication and overall satisfaction for clients. The SEA will assist with various service operations and support the Assistant Service Manager (ASM) in daily activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• One to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid Operator's Driver's License (must be insurable)

Responsibilities

• Assist ASM with daily activities to ensure expedited client updates
• Understand and utilize current and future systems (CDK, SDL, Text to Drive, Voile, etc.)
• Notify clients when repairs are completed and vehicles are ready for delivery
• Assist with Service Drive Traffic
• Greet clients and start Repair Order Review, send, and schedule Express Pay
• Review next day appointments to provide an elevated experience at the time of appointment
• Process and submit extended warranty claims
• Process and submit tire and wheel contract claims
• Process and submit additional third-party coverage claims (Windshield, Dent, etc.)
• Communicate about Outbound Special-Order Parts
• Conduct Outbound Campaign/Recall communication
• Perform Outbound CSI follow-ups
• Train in other service operations as needed
• Support internal Assistant Service Manager with warranty and booking processes
• Manage loan car processes
