About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Service Engineer. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and optimizing video conferencing technologies and related systems. Your expertise will directly influence customer satisfaction and product reliability, as you lead complex troubleshooting and critical incident resolution. The position involves close collaboration with various teams to enhance product performance and streamline support processes. You will contribute to a diverse and inclusive environment, ensuring that customer needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant industry experience in service engineering, support engineering, or technical operations.
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure AD, and SSO.
  • Knowledge of API troubleshooting, platform configuration, and RESTful integrations.
  • Familiar with at least one programming language (Python, Java, C#, C++, JavaScript, etc.) and understanding of SQL queries.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Webex, or other UC solutions.
  • Understanding of Windows, macOS, Linux; familiarity with iOS/Android.

Responsibilities

  • Optimizing video conferencing technologies, SIP/H.323, VoIP, and real-time communication systems.
  • Owning and delivering high-quality, timely RCA’s for critical incidents to identify underlying issues.
  • Collaborating closely with Engineering, SRE, Product Managers, and Developers to enhance product quality.
  • Driving innovation within support workflows to reduce manual effort and improve debugging.
  • Facilitating customer debugging calls and guiding teams through complex technical investigations.
