Service Engineers and Specialists are primarily responsible for various service and support functions. These functions may take place for one or multiple customers and may take place during or outside of normal business hours. This role typically involves implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of control systems to ensure 24/7 facility operations. A secondary responsibility of this role is to support project teams either in-office or at customer locations. Day-to-day tasks will be determined by the specific requirements of each service and support agreement and/or project.
