About The Position

Scott Petroleum is looking for a hardworking, responsible individual to join our team as a Field Service Technician. This position provides a variety of routine support activities on the job site.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in an industrial environment or oil field.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work a rotating shift.
• Able to communicate effectively with others.
• Must exhibit independent thinking and be highly resourceful and capable of solving problems with little supervision.
• Must be punctual, disciplined, and talented at time management.

Responsibilities

• Perform PM on propane powered irrigation motors.
• Assess, diagnose, and repair propane powered motors.
• Commit to safe work practices and demonstrate the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Accurately complete work orders, and other paperwork as required.
• Courteously work with supervisors, fellow employees, and customers.
• Operate Equipment on location.
• Safely use wrenches, hammers and other hand tools needed to maintain equipment.
• Assist with other services or roadside when needed.
