This role provides leaders with skills in guest service fundamentals, building a guest-first culture, driving loyalty programs, guest engagement, problem-solving, retail business fundamentals (sales trends, inventory management, shopping patterns, pricing/promotions), planning daily/weekly workload, and leading a team of hourly members (interviewing, developing, coaching, evaluating, retaining talent).
