Leaders are empowered to make shopping quick and easy for guests at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up, and drive-up, ensuring exceptional quality. This position provides skills and experience in guest service fundamentals, building a guest-first culture, driving loyalty programs, guest engagement, problem-solving, retail business fundamentals (including department sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing, and promotions strategies), planning daily/weekly workload to support business priorities, and leading a team of hourly members, including interviewing, developing, coaching, evaluating, and retaining talent.
